Plan Design and Rates for 2026
At CAE, our benefits plan is built on best practices in employee benefits. CAE conducted their annual review of the benefits plan to ensure it remains competitive from a design and cost sharing perspective. Each year, we conduct a thorough review to ensure our plan remains competitive in both design and cost sharing.

What’s staying the same?
The overall benefits plan design will remain unchanged for 2026. Our plan continues to offer comprehensive, competitive coverages.
How your costs are determined:
Your individual benefit costs will depend on the coverage options you select and the number of dependents you enrol. During annual re-enrolment, you can model different scenarios and see real-time cost impacts using the enrolment tool.
Don’t forget:
This is your annual opportunity to:
- Review your current benefits selections.
- Make any necessary updates.
- Add or remove dependents.
- Ensure your beneficiary information is up to date.
- Earn extra wellness CAEselect dollars.
- Allocate your unspent CAEselect Dollars, if any, in your preferred vehicle
