Short-Term Disability (STD)

  • STD coverage fully paid by CAE
  • Eligible after one month of service
  • Benefits between 75% and 100% of the basic weekly salary
    based on the year of service
  • Maximum of 26 weeks of indemnity
    • After 26 weeks, long-term disability benefits will be paid according to the selected option under the CAEselect Flexible Group Insurance Program
